The name Spotted Horse is close to my heart. My horse, now named Perry, didn't have a name for many years. His previous owners simply called him "Spotted Horse".  There he was sitting alone in a 4-acre pasture with no other horses. And there I was buying my first horse from someone's vacation home.  And now, 4 years later, he may not be the horse I wanted, but the one I needed. 

With that being said, Perry is the true backbone of the business. I have become extremely passionate about gaited breeds because of him. I feel they are under-represented and misunderstood. With every step I take, whether it be with my horse or a client, I have learned to put the horse first. Always, with no exceptions ever. I have a burning passion for making horses happier and healthier. I aim to help every owner who feels "helpless" feel more powerful by arming them with knowledge in an easy-to-understand way.
